How to order
- Email to dinahlaw at gmail dot com
- Indicate the product code, quantity, size and shipping preference
- You will receive a confirmation email from us within one (1) working day
- All pricing listed are in Ringgit Malaysia and excludes shipping
Payment method
There are 3 options for payment :
- Online Banking (e.g. Maybank2u.com.my) - Account number will be given in the confirmation email from us (payment to be made in RM)
- Cash-On-Pickup (payment to be made in RM)
- Paypal (payment to be made in USD) - *Please note that a fee of 3.4% + USD0.30 will be charged for payments made by Paypal. (This is effective from 1 Feb 2008)
Delivery methods
- Pickup
- Postal service (rates as per below). I will ship via Poslaju within Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. For shipping to other countries, please inquire within.
Shipping rates
Within West Malaysia (delivery within 1-3 days)
- up to 1kg = RM 6.00
- 1.01kg - 2kg = RM 8.00
- 2.01kg - 10kg = RM 11.00
Within East Malaysia (delivery within 3-4 days)
- up to 1kg= RM 9.00
- every additional 1kg = add RM 10.00

Returns & Exchanges
- Discounted items/sale items sold cannot be returned/exchanged
- Returned/exchange items must be sent back within 7 days of the date of receipt. The item must be unsoiled, not worn and placed in its orginal package. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer
- Kindly notify us via email within 3 working days for an exchange if the goods are damaged
